Good Advice

I gave a speech today at the local Workforce office. I of course talked about sales careers but a lot of what I said could be applied to any career field. The question always comes up in these presentations, "Why am I doing this?" Because I care and want to help. It's easy to do good when times are great.

One of my all time favorite authors is Keith Ferrazzi. A recent video post on his blogged explained why rough times require people to go the extra mile, even if there isn't an apparent payback.
